Mr. Morgan is a Director in Rodey's Albuquerque office, practicing in the Business Department with an emphasis on intellectual property law, particularly patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright law. His practice also includes licensing and technology transfer, unfair competition, international law, infringement matters, and intellectual property law related litigation.
He formerly was associated with Bausch & Lomb, Inc. as senior counsel, corporate trademark counsel, and division intellectual property counsel for the Bushnell Division, Option Systems Division and Sunglass Division. Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Mike was an examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Tom is the President of InSync Optics (an optical manufacturing company) that specializes in designing and machining high precision glass for use in commercial and military applications.

Dick's experiences at the University run the gamut: he has successfully negotiated for the purchase of a town (Plyas, New Mexico), created a Limited Liability Corporation (partially owned by the University) for a large optics manufacturing company, and assisted in the construction of a world-class observatory on the Magdalena Mountains. He holds a Master's of Science Degree from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Bryan has been involved in electro-optics and directed energy systems for 20+ years. He is currently working for Boeing-SVS, Inc. as a senior systems engineering and project manager and is responsible for the deisgn, fabrication, assembly, and testing of small and large optical systems.

Tony has held positions of Vice President, Chief Scientist, Principal Engineer, Terrestrial Planet Finder, Coronagraph Technologist, Director of Large Optics, and Optics Program Manager for the James Webb Space Telescope while working for Perkin-Elmer, Optical Corporation of America, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, L-3 Integrated Optical Systems (Tinsley, Brashear and SSG), and most recently, the University of New Mexico where he serves as Adjunct Professor of Physics and Astronomy.
Mike joined Lockheed Martin Corporation in August, 2005 as Senior Manger, Corporate Business Development for Albuquerque, where he represents all business areas and lines of business within Lockheed Martin Corporation to the Albuquerque customer base. Mike has worked in various engineering and business positions for MEI, TPL, General Research, and AFRL (Albuquerque) over the past 22 years.
